Instructions
In a large salad bowl, start by adding the shredded chicken breast and well-drained mandarin oranges.
Gently incorporate the mixed salad greens into the bowl, using your hands or salad tongs to carefully toss them.
Add the toasted sliced almonds and thin red onion slices, distributing them evenly throughout the salad.
Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese generously over the top.
Drizzle the sesame ginger dressing over the salad and gently toss everything together.
Season the salad with salt and freshly cracked black pepper to your preferred taste.
