  • Place the baking pan in the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes. The cheesecake is done when the edges are set but the center remains slightly jiggly.
  • Once baked, remove the pan from the oven and allow the bars to cool completely at room temperature. Then, refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to ensure they set properly.
  • After chilling, carefully lift the cheesecake bars out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into equal squares using a sharp knife.
  • If desired, top each cheesecake square with a dollop of whipped cream just before serving to add a delightful finish.

Arrange the cheesecake bars on a decorative platter. For an extra festive touch, sprinkle a dash of cinnamon or nutmeg over the whipped cream just before serving, enhancing both appearance and flavor.
